STEP 1 of 3: SELECT SERVICES
Basic and Standard Packages do NOT include phone communication with your resume writer. Rather, all communication is done via email. If you want to add a phone call with your writer, you can do so at an additional $25 cost. Phone calls are included in the price as part of the Professional and Premium Packages.
Typically, the documents we prepare take 1-2 weeks to complete. The turnaround time to complete your documents varies based on (a) how many follow-up questions you and/or your resume writer have and (b) how quickly you and your resume writer respond to one another. We can, however, expedite an order to put it at the front of our order queue and give it top priority. Turnaround times of expedited orders are typically 2-4 days, and the additional cost is $50.
